CrossYTH Sunday!

CrossYTH will be leading worship, teaching, and service on March 8th. Students will be leading every aspect of the worship service on Youth Sunday! CrossYTH is heading to camp June 29-July 4, 2026 and we are hoping to raise enough money to offset the cost by $100 for every student. We are hosting a Take-Home lunch fundraiser on March 8, 2026, after worship.

Please select your serving size of smoked pork, choose your dessert, and give how you feel led to The Crossing youth ministry! Each meal will also be served with a side of potato chips.

Your meal can be picked up from the church kitchen after worship on March 8th. Order here: https://crossingaledo.ccbchurch.com/goto/forms/636/responses/new

DNOW WEEKEND 2026

What is Disciple Now Weekend? Disciple Now, or DNOW, Weekend is a student retreat that takes place in Aledo for students in7th through 12th grade. Activities and small groups will take place at Church at the Crossing and in Host Homes.

Each small group consists of students of the same grade and gender. Each small group has at least 2 kind, courageous, and spiritually strong college-age students or young adults who will lead the groups in bible study and activities for the weekend.
The small groups will come together several times over the weekend for large-group worship, teaching, and games.

DNOW Weekend is an awesome time for students to come together, worship, learn, and draw closer to Jesus in an exciting, fun environment throughout the weekend. WE WILL BE STAYING IN HOST HOMES, and activities will be taking place at the church AND in host homes. So sign your student up today for a weekend that they will never forget!

OVERVIEW

Our CrossYTH Student Ministry reaches out to Middle School and High School Students in our church and community by sharing the Gospel and helping them grow in their relationship with Christ through personal discipleship, small groups, and large group gatherings. In addition, our CrossYTH leaders seek to see students come to know and love Jesus Christ as they experience the transforming power of His grace in their lives. Our greatest desire for our CrossYTH Students is "By God's Grace, to see students come to know and love Jesus Christ, becoming lifetime followers and servants of Christ and His church."

Our CrossYTH student ministry is divided into two age groups: Cross78 for our 7th and 8th-grade students and CrossHMS for our 9th through 12th-grade students. For more info, click HERE to contact Youth Pastor Nathan Morris or click HERE to contact Crossing Girls' Director Hilary Bodiford.

THE CrossYTH STUDENT MINISTRY PURSUES THIS BY PROVIDING:
  • A fun and safe environment for students to learn and engage with Jesus Christ through Biblical teaching.
  • Programs and events that offer students opportunities to be involved in the church with The Crossing community.
  • Personal relationships that love, challenge, and grow students during a transitional season of life.
