
Lesley Loper
Elder
Lesley Loper grew up in Lubbock, Texas, attending First Christian Church and Trinity Church, where he accepted his savior at 15. Lesley and his wife, Carrie, met at Texas Tech University and were married in Fort Worth in 2003. Attending Christ Chapel in Fort Worth until 2010, the Lopers moved to Aledo and became members at Church at the Crossing soon after. They have two beautiful children: a daughter, Madeline, and a son, Ty, who both attend school in Aledo.
Lesley is a mechanical engineer by trade and is currently serving in Leadership positions within Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. In daily interactions, he strives for servant leadership. Matthew 20:26 – “…Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant.” He currently serves in the SheepDogs and James Gang Ministries and is a member of the Junction Sunday Small group and a Connect group. Carrie has served in the church as a Sunday School teacher and preschool teacher with Lil’ Cats.
Lesley enjoys the outdoors and sports, including football, golf, hunting, fishing, and mountain biking.
