One of our shared responsibilities at The Crossing is SERVING the Church. When we volunteer to serve in a ministry, as well as extending a hand to those in need, we model the heart of Jesus Christ.

Each ministry area is made up of several different Volunteer Teams who serve on Sundays and during the week. Browse the listings below and fill out the contact form for the area in which you feel the Lord leading you to serve. We will put you in touch with that ministry leader who will contact you to discuss how you can begin serving.

Greeter Ministry

  • “New Here” Kiosk – Sundays
  • Welcome Desk substitutes – Sundays

Kitchen & Fellowship - 

  • Coffee Bar Team

Local Mission Efforts 

Praise Team – 

  • Audio/Visual – sound, computer, and camera operators
  • Singers – male and female
  • Keyboard players
  • Drummers
  • Guitar Players

Office Needs – 

  • Office volunteers to greet and answer phones during the week

Preschool Ministry – 

  • Extended Session Workers (babies and children)
  • Sunday School Teacher substitutes
  • Wednesday Night helpers

Children’s Ministry –

  • Cross Dogs – help with crosswalk and safety
  • Sunday School Teacher Substitutes
  • Wednesday Night Volunteers – pizza servers & leaders
  • Special Needs Buddies 1st and 2nd hour
  • 1st Grade Kids Worship Workers During 2nd Hour

Middle School Ministry – 

  • Wednesday Night Workers
