Equip Series: Capable
We will be featuring the popular book “CAPABLE": How to teach your Kids the Strengths, Skills, and Strategies to Build Resilience. This Equip Class is for all parents, grandparents, teachers, and volunteers in the youth and children’s areas.
The book Capable is a practical parenting guide focused on resilience, coping skills, and reducing risk-avoidance. The class will be on Sunday mornings, 9:30-10:35 AM, on November 1, 8, 15, and 22. All classes will be on the First Floor of the Youth Building.
